General description
This page describes how the site handles personal information. Medical Surgical Supplies Ltd. will replace it with its full privacy policy.
What we collect
- Account details: name, work email, organization, and a password (stored only as a hash).
- Buyers: documents they choose to upload for account review.
- Quote requests: products, quantities and notes, and MSS replies with any attachments.
- Suppliers: the product details and images they submit.
Who can see it
- MSS administrators can see accounts, documents, quote requests and supplier submissions.
- Buyer documents and quote replies can be opened only by the buyer they belong to and by MSS.
- Other users never see your account details, documents or quotes.
Cookies
The site uses one cookie to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The site emails you to verify your address, to report the decision on your account, and when MSS replies to a quote. Emails are sent through MailerSend.
Storage
Data and uploaded files are stored on a single server. MSS makes backups of that server by hand.
